Color vs. mono: Every camera above comes in a monochrome (MM) version. Mono cameras produce higher-resolution, more detailed images because each pixel captures full light without a color filter. The tradeoff: you need separate filters (L, R, G, B, H-alpha, etc.) and must take multiple sets of exposures. For beginners, start with color (MC).
